Job Skills / Requirements

United Protective Services is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to work in our Fort Worth office.

**We are Looking for someone with prior Administrative Assistant experience or something comparable.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: $20.00

General Job Duties:

Administrative Assistant must have strong customer service skills to work with the general public, visitors for candidate interviews, current employees.

Administrative Assistant must have strong computer skills for Microsoft office for Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

Strong telephone skills to assist personnel calling in and screening of phone calls.

Fast and accurate typing skills is a plus.

Be able to assist with processing classes for new employees.

Be able to assist with applicant fingerprinting.

Put together interview packets for managers in office.

Run background checks on candidates when they enter office for interview.

Assist Office Manager with putting together the personnel files.

Assist Office Manager in getting ready for internal company audits and audits conducted for licensing.
