Targeted Salary: \$23.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities! Monday -

Associate to join our team in a role that balances high-energy customer
interaction with meaningful operational support. If you enjoy solving
problems and building relationships in a dynamic, industrial
environment, we want to meet you! A Counter Sales Associate will partner
with our customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases,
welding equipment, and other essential supplies. You will serve as a
trusted guide, advising customers on the tools, hardware, and materials
needed to successfully complete their projects. By demonstrating
equipment use and sharing insights on product quality, you help our
customers pioneer new solutions in their own work. . Responsible for
adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal
protective equipment to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external
partners, fostering understanding and long-term relationships. Ensures
all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding,
costing, and pricing. Partners with customers to identify the best tools
and procedures for their specific tasks; demonstrates equipment use to
build customer confidence. Manages order entry and processes
transactions; assists the team with the reconciliation of deposits.
Coordinates via phone, e-mail, and in person with customers and team
members to provide helpful information on costs and delivery.
