JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties: Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets while overseeing the sales team\'s performance; Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to promote TAB FusionRMS products and services across various channels, including digital, social media, and events; Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and potential upsell opportunities; Lead Generation and Conversion: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate and convert leads, utilizing CRM tools and targeted marketing efforts to drive business growth; Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, providing training, setting KPIs, and evaluating performance to ensure the team\'s success; Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide accurate sales forecasts, preparing regular reports to communicate progress and strategy adjustments to senior management; Product Positioning and Branding: Oversee the positioning of TAB FusionRMS products in the market, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message that differentiates the company from competitors; Event and Trade Show Management: Plan and oversee the company\'s participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services, network, and generate leads; and Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships or alliances with industry leaders, vendors, or organizations that can help expand the company\'s market reach. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 4 (four) years of experience as director in sales & marketing. Of the required experience, must have four (4) years of experience acquired in each of the following: Experience in strategic sales and business development; Experience in marketing and brand development; Experience in leadership and team management; Experience in budgeting and forecasting skills; Experience in sales management; and Experience with CRM and sales tools knowledge such as ZenSell, ZenDesk and Confluence. Position will require 15% travel to Canada and 5% within the United States. Salary; \$153,150.00 USD.
