Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support high-impact marketing analytics and marketing technology efforts within the insurance industry. This Long-term Contract position that is remote with monthly travel to Michigan, will work closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners to turn strategic priorities into measurable results. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in analytics, digital marketing, and enterprise program leadership, with the ability to guide complex initiatives across data, technology, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

Direct large-scale marketing analytics and marketing technology programs that support enterprise goals and measurable business performance.

Convert organizational objectives into practical roadmaps, aligning deliverables, priorities, and execution across multiple teams.

Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and risk management to keep initiatives moving forward effectively.

Coordinate collaboration among marketing, information technology, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent progress.

Evaluate analytical models, reporting outputs, and technical work produced in platforms such as Python to maintain quality and business relevance.

Guide audience segmentation, test design, attribution analysis, and campaign measurement to improve marketing effectiveness.

Support modernization efforts within the marketing technology ecosystem, including Adobe platform-related implementations and enhancements.

Work with external partners, agencies, and technology providers to maintain alignment on scope, execution, and outcomes.

Deliver clear updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other senior stakeholders.

Must-Haves: Enterprise Marketing Analytics leadership, MarTech transformation, cross-functional program management, executive communication, Adobe ecosystem, data science oversight. Nice-to-Haves: Insurance, financial services, regulated industries, Salesforce, Databricks, Power BI, AWS, SageMaker.

Tech Stack: Adobe Campaign, Adobe CRM, Adobe Workfront, SQL, Python, R, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, AWS, SageMaker, MarTech ecosystems, predictive modeling, MLOps. Non-negotiable: Senior enterprise leadership experience driving Marketing Analytics and MarTech initiatives.

Requirements - 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, marketing technology, digital transformation, or a closely related field.

Proven background leading enterprise-level programs involving cross-functional teams and strategic business initiatives.

Strong leadership experience in marketing analytics and data science environments.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with executives and manage stakeholder expectations across complex organizations.

Experience translating technical findings and analytical concepts into clear business actions and recommendations.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email campaign analysis.

Ability to balance technical oversight with business priorities in a fast-moving enterprise setting. Innovation starts with people.®
