Duties and Responsibilities

As Human Resources Supervisor, I will?assume full responsibility for the?efficient?operation in the following:

Assist in preparing a HR & Training plans for the resort annual based on systematic research and needs analysis.

Assist with the recruitment and interview processes.

Coordinate new hire documentation, contracts, and system entries.

Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts.

Assist with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, internal movements, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Assist with variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Human Resources Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 2 years' experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree?from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.

Technical skills include advanced MS Office,?Outlook platforms.

Fluent in English
