As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs for deliveries, vehicle traffic, and/or site visitors.

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Prepare clear and timely incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
