Shift: MON-FRI 7:30 am -4:00 pm

Pay: $30.00 p/h

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to plant leadership and various functional teams.

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.

Oversee office supply inventory and ensure administrative resources are available.

Coordinate facility-related needs, including maintenance requests and vendor services.

Manage front desk activities, visitor check-ins, badge administration, and reception support.

Organize meeting logistics, customer visits, leadership meetings, audits, and employee events, including room setup, catering, and technology needs.

Serve as a communication hub between employees, departments, contractors, and external vendors while assisting with travel arrangements and site communications.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Experience coordinating meetings, events, vendors, and facility-related activities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
