Position Description: As an Account Coordinator at Grand Rapids Label, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, accurate forecasting of high-volume customer demands, and seamless execution of planning production orders. You will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly shipments, managing a high volume of email communications, and handling various other critical tasks that are integral to our operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across multiple departments and teams, balancing competing priorities while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities, all while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily and weekly shipments and serve as the primary contact between Grand Rapids Label and business customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly communication.

Manage and optimize inventory levels, forecast high-volume customer needs, and plan production runs based on forecasts and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.

Build strong customer relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and resolving issues proactively.

Track and manage production orders, communicate expectations and timelines to customers, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of operations.

Handle a high volume of emails and other communications, supporting overall operational success through efficient task management.

Proven ability to build strong relationships by effectively resolving customer issues and complaints.

Experienced in conflict management, teamwork, and negotiation.

Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Adaptable, with excellent people skills and a proactive "roll-up-your-sleeves" work ethic.

Self-motivated, accountable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer applications.

Eager to learn and continuously improve.

Capable of retaining detailed information and processes.

Works with a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are met promptly, preventing downtime.

Work Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in Customer Service that specializes in Automotive Planning, Project Management or similar high-pressure roles, will be highly beneficial.

Demonstrate proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office programs, and the ability to learn and use a variety of supplier websites.

Education Requirements:

High School diploma / GED
