Role: Manufacturer Field Representative

Location: Red Wing, MN (100% onsite)

Expected Duration: 12 months

Work Schedule: 1st shift, 6am - 2:30pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions. Assemble components while meeting quality and safety standards. Inspect parts for defects, imperfections, and conformance requirements. Maintain parts inventory to support production workflow. Operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for spooling and crimping. Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience using common hand tools. Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to document inspections and repair processes. High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Range: $37 to $40.15 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
