We're seeking a Senior Constructability Lead to be based in St. Louis, Missouri, serving as the owner's technical representative during design and construction by identifying constructability issues, design conflicts, sequencing challenges, coordination gaps, and execution risks before they impact cost, schedule, quality, or mission objectives.

Working as an owner's representative, you will identify constructability concerns, design conflicts, coordination challenges, and execution risks throughout project delivery to support successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed construction professional with demonstrated experience supporting complex construction projects, building productive relationships with clients and contractors, and exercising sound professional judgment with limited supervision. They will leverage construction planning, constructability and field execution experience to proactively identify and resolve design, coordination, sequencing, and construction challenges before they impact project cost, schedule, quality, safety, or mission success.
