Job Summary:

Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Coordinator position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract.

Must be US Citizen

Clearance Required: Yes

Location: Alexandria, VA (On-Site/Telework)

Position: Contingent Upon Contract Award

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support for meetings, proposal review panels, and events

Coordinates event venues, lodging arrangements, and catering services

Supports event scheduling, budgeting, and planning processes

Develops event promotional materials, program, agenda, website, invitations, and other event materials

Coordinates with hotel/travel vendors, attendees, and speakers

Provides financial management and reporting for events

Develops and maintains a database to track event invitees and acceptances and to generate participant lists

Provides on-site logistics for conducting events

Tracks event participation and provide post-event support

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum/General Experience: 2 years of experience

Administrative Experience with Meeting / Panel / Event Execution and Support
