A growing Akron-based facilities maintenance company is seeking an experienced and reliable carpet cleaning technician to join their team on 3rd shift on a temp-to-hire basis.

SHIFT: 3rd - Times vary between 8p-6a

PAY: $17-20/hr. Based on Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Carpet Cleaner to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to build a long-term career with a company that values hard work and dedication.

In this role, you will use the Everest Pro Chem carpet cleaning system to clean carpets in commercial spaces such as offices and restaurants. The ideal candidate is trainable, dependable, and ready to work independently while upholding high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Operate and maintain the Everest Pro Chem truck-mounted carpet cleaning system

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Perform deep carpet cleaning and spot treatments in commercial spaces

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Safely transport equipment and cleaning solutions to and from job sites

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when needed

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Work independently during night shifts without supervision

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Keep equipment clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Availability between 8:00 PM -- 6:00 AM

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 14pt"=""}Valid driver's license and clean driving record
