Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Accountant I positions in Mettawa, IL. Shift: 1st shift (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) - Hybrid position

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing membership cancellation requests in Oracle, SFDC and updating the cancellation tracker as per timelines.

Maintaining member files in shared drives.

Processing agreement changes in SalesOptima, SFDC & Oracle.

Processing FBC+ cancellation requests. Handling member enquiries about cancellation, billings and refunds.

Processing member refunds, while ensuring accuracy

Requirements:

2+ year experience in general accounting using QuickBooks/Oracle/Excel

Accounts Receivables/Payables

Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills

Strong customer service orientation

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
