As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will:

Answer and direct all incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system

Serve as the first point of contact for vendors, guests, and associates at the front desk

Provide technical and non-technical support to office professionals and administrative peers

Assist with event logistical setup (including room reservations, catering orders, invitations, and managing responses for events and room setup)

Maintain office calendars using Microsoft Outlook

Print, bind, and process paper deliverables

Create hotel and/or other travel accommodations with preferred vendors

Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and courier requests

Order office supplies

Scan and upload documents to appropriate file servers and repositories

Miscellaneous projects, as assigned

What you bring to the role:

A proactive, problem-solving Administrative professional with a passion for helping others

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

A master communicator, both verbally and in written form

Knowledgeable enough to be dangerous in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Able to handle sensitive and confidential material in a responsible manner

A natural multi-tasker who can reprioritize in a flash when needed

Highly detail-oriented; nothing gets past you

Client-service oriented

A High School graduate or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:

$18-$20.00 per hour.
