Our client, a dynamic organization in the clean energy space, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Assistant Project Manager to join their team. As a vital member of the Marketing department, supporting cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns.

Job Title: Marketing Assistant Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote | Should be able to work EST Hours

Pay Range: $35-$42/HR

What's the Job?

Manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of organic email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Build, deploy, and report on stakeholder emails, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

Conduct A/B testing, troubleshoot deployment issues, and monitor deliverability to maintain high campaign performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and support broader marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

3+ years of experience with small marketing and automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.

Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and integration with email marketing tools.

Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design, template editing, and responsive email development.

Experience building and managing email workflows, automation, audience segmentation, and campaign triggers.

Strong understanding of email campaign analytics, reporting, and compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
