The Opportunity: High-Impact Development from Day One The Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) is a premier 2-year development journey designed to turn high-potential engineers into the next generation of Supply Chain talent. Through four 6-month rotations, you will take direct ownership of manufacturing challenges and drive operational excellence.
What Your Journey Looks Like: You will build foundational expertise through three mandatory, high-impact rotations designed to give you a 360-degree view of how energy technology is built, using a foundation of lean in all rotations:
Supervise Operations: As a Shop Operations Supervisor, you'll manage and guide a team of skilled technicians on the floor, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
Master the Flow: In Sourcing/Materials Management, you'll manage the global movement of goods and procurement strategy.
Innovate Processes: In a Technical rotation (Quality, Lean, or Manufacturing Engineering), you'll eliminate waste and optimize production

What We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
Education: BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain (hands-on manufacturing experience is a must for SC degrees).
Work Authorization: Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States of America is required. We will not provide sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

Commitment: A 3.0+ GPA (on a 4 point scale)
Experience: Prior internships or co-ops in manufacturing/Lean and less than 2 years of full-time experience.
Practical Lean Experience: A proven track record of using Lean principles to solve problems in a manufacturing or team environment
Versatile Problem Solvers: A major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
Strong Interpersonal Agility: The ability to connect with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization-from the shop floor to senior management
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a deep commitment to a long-term career in manufacturing and supply chain
Resilience: The ability to maintain a positive attitude and manage effectively through challenging or high-pressure situations
After Program
Career Continuity: This program is designed to build deep expertise within our local communities. Upon successful completion of the 2-year program, you will transition into a critical full-time role at your original location of hire
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $85,000 with Bachelors degree and $86,000 Masters degree. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: 5% discretionary annual bonus.
