JOB REQUIREMENTS: Production Assembler This position assembles
fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations using hand tools
and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

Summary Assemble, inspect, document and test simple and complex
assemblies Places parts in specified relationship to each other Bolts,
clips, screws, cements or otherwise fastens parts together Tends manual
machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform force
fitting or fastening operations on assembly line Works at different work
stations as production needs require Works on a line where tasks vary as
different models of the same article moves along the line Follow
policies and procedures; supports organization\'s goals and values
Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe
conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Required Skills and
Qualifications Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities;
exhibits objectivity and openness to others\' views Ability to
demonstrate attention to detail Ability to identify and resolve problems
in a timely manner Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways
to improve and promote quality; monitors own work to ensure quality
Required Experience and Education H.S. Diploma or GED 0-1 years of
