Position Overview:
You will support the execution of color and graphics programs for off-road vehicle platforms, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned to design intent. In this role, you work closely with a project leader and cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to coordinate daily activities and maintain project accuracy. You will manage project data, track deliverables, create bills of materials, and support development from concept through production. This role is a compelling opportunity because you contribute directly to the visual identity of Polaris products while gaining exposure to cross-functional product execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day execution of color and graphics projects, ensuring requirements are documented and deliverables stay on track
Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to maintain alignment and execution timing
Support graphics reviews from initial concept through design reviews and approvals
Initiate and track part orders, including expediting components for mock-ups and development activities
Support decal development from concept through production, including part creation, approvals, and release
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to reflect product configurations and milestones
Assist with validation of new materials, finishes, and graphics, including tracking risks and open items
Prepare and coordinate engineering change orders and related documentation
Support pilot builds and assist in identifying and documenting quality or manufacturing issues
Investigate and escalate issues related to materials, tolerances, and color verification
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and adapt to changing project priorities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business or technical environment supporting project execution or product development
Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and supporting multiple workstreams
Familiarity with CAD systems and BOM management preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; familiarity with AS400 or PRS preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
Ability to manage detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $68,000 to $90,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
