Duties and Responsibilities Follow technical instructions, Interpret designer drawings and technical terms. Maintain the motorized and non-motorized tools used to create products. Keep a clean and well-maintained work area. \Recognize parts and materials used in production. \Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be -10 one day and 70 the next day. Inspect finished products for flaws and defects. Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required. Respond attentively to training from foreman, or more senior handlers in order to increase own knowledge of work processes.
