Location Description
Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help keep our supply chain running smoothly by ensuring inventory is aligned with customer demand and production needs. You'll partner across planning, operations, and customer teams to support promotions, manage inventory health, and coordinate key planning initiatives that improve service and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor finished goods and packaging inventory to support manufacturing, distribution, and customer demand
Coordinate inventory across the supply chain network to balance service levels and inventory health
Track KPIs, investigate variances, and perform root cause analysis to improve service outcomes
Communicate inventory timing and constraints with cross-functional partners
Facilitate weekly service meetings to align actions and resolve near-term issues
Partner on promotional planning, item transitions, and inventory allocation
Support planning projects such as item launches/discontinuations, aging inventory, and disruption analysis
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service, reduce costs, and minimize write-offs
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory, or customer service (food manufacturing a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing alignment
Experience or interest in data analytics and reporting tools preferred

The pay range for this position is $70,386 - $98,541 per year.
