Join a vital hospital team where your work directly supports patient care. As a Supply Chain Assistant, you'll ensure that critical supplies, equipment, and linens are delivered where they're needed-especially in high-demand areas like the operating room.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare environment while building valuable skills in logistics, inventory, and hospital operations.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll keep hospital operations running smoothly through:
Delivering medical supplies, equipment, and materials across the hospital campus
Supporting operating room supply distribution (approximately 50% of your role)
Unboxing, organizing, and staging supplies for delivery
Filling supply orders accurately and on time for patient care units
Distributing clean linens and collecting soiled linens from designated areas
Receiving incoming shipments and stocking inventory in proper locations
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and supply requests
Operating electric cart pullers and equipment to transport materials safely
Communicating effectively with hospital staff to meet supply needs
Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
What You Bring
Customer service experience with strong communication skills
Experience in inventory, supply chain, warehouse, or stocking (preferred)
Ability to track, receive, and distribute supplies accurately
Comfort using computers for documentation and record-keeping
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to stay on your feet and remain active throughout your shift
Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Organizational skills to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
Hospital, healthcare, or support services experience
Warehouse, stocking, or general labor experience
Familiarity with inventory systems or supply tracking tools
Experience using or operating material-handling equipment

Dress code: Black or khaki pants (uniform policy)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.77 - $19.77/hr.
