Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker supports accurate order picking and distribution of beer, wine, and spirits in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. You will select and stage customer orders using a voice-operated RF device and powered equipment, build stable pallets to specification, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries. This role requires consistent lifting of 25-60 lbs, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
Accurately select and pick orders of beer, wine, and spirits using a voice-operated RF device in a warehouse setting.
Use an electric pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to transport products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
Build stable, secure pallets according to customer specifications and product handling requirements.
Deliver completed orders (Pick A and Pick B) to designated staging areas as directed by the RF system.
Assist drivers with loading and unloading delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including staging pallets and organizing outgoing and incoming freight.
Perform basic inventory support tasks, such as participating in cycle counts and helping maintain accurate stock levels.
Handle liquor, wine, and beer products carefully to minimize damage and ensure product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently lifting 25-60 lbs and meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
At least 6 months of experience operating pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies.
Ability to consistently lift and move 25-60 lbs throughout the shift.
Experience with order picking, packing, and staging pallets.
Ability to use RF scanning or voice-operated RF systems for order selection.
Experience with loading and unloading trucks or delivery vehicles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and staging orders.
Ability to work night shifts and full-time hours on a consistent schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience preferred.
Previous experience in shipping and receiving operations is beneficial.
Familiarity with cycle counts and basic inventory support tasks.
Comfort working around beer, wine, and spirits in a distribution environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse setting.
Reliability and strong work ethic, with the ability to meet performance expectations.

Work Environment
This is an on-site warehouse role based in Minneapolis, MN, working full-time night shifts from Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM. The assignment is seasonal, running through late July, with multiple openings available. The warehouse is very large, clean, and heated in the winter, with some areas temperature-controlled depending on product requirements, especially where items must remain cold for customers. The facility is a liquor, wine, and beer distribution warehouse, so employees must be comfortable working around these products and handle them carefully to prevent damage. Work involves regular use of electric pallet jacks, two-wheel dollies, and RF or voice-operated devices, along with frequent lifting of 25-60 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
