Now Hiring: Electrical Assemblers

Pay: $22-$24/hour (based on experience)

Looking to put your electrical skills to work on meaningful, hands-on projects? Join a team building custom vehicles that support first responders. This is not repetitive assembly-you'll work on specialized builds in a collaborative, high-quality environment.

What You'll Do

Route, wire, and install 12V electrical systems using schematics and wiring diagrams

Build and install custom wire harnesses for vehicle-specific applications

Connect, test, and verify lighting systems, accessories, control boxes, and hose reels

Fabricate and install electrical boxes, mounts, and brackets

Use hand and power tools to produce clean, inspection-ready work

Collaborate with production teams on full vehicle builds

Maintain a safe, organized, climate-controlled workspace

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing (hobby experience welcome)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
