As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Stevenson, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, and support access activities while providing outstanding customer service and communication. In our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will help to deter security-related incidents, stay visible, and put people first through teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles entering and leaving the location, reporting suspicious behavior, operational concerns, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
