Job Title: Utility Worker
Job Description
This role supports a manufacturing operation by loading and unloading robotic welders, assembling chassis for club cars on the production line, and operating various CNC mills and lathes within Plant 2 on second shift (3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. / Thursday through Sunday). You will contribute to consistent, high-quality production by handling materials, performing general production tasks, and following established procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Load and unload robotic welders to support continuous and efficient production.
Perform line assembly work on chassis for club cars, following detailed instructions and quality standards.
Operate various CNC mills and lathes within Plant 2, ensuring machines run safely and effectively.
Carry out general production operator duties, including basic assembly, construction-related tasks, and loading activities.
Handle materials throughout the production process, including moving, staging, and organizing components as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while working on production lines and equipment.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support a safe, efficient, and organized manufacturing environment.
Participate in training on first shift (5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday) or an 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. schedule as needed, and apply learned skills to second-shift operations.
Monitor work for accuracy and quality, using strong attention to detail to identify and report issues or defects.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and adjust to changing priorities.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, assembly, material handling, or utility work in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Ability to perform general production operator tasks, including basic assembly, construction, and loading activities.
Comfort working with and around robotic welders, CNC mills, and lathes after receiving training.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety and operational procedures.
Willingness and ability to work second shift (3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.).
Ability to participate in and complete training on a different shift schedule (5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday).
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will work primarily on second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with initial training scheduled Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or on an 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. training shift if needed. The environment includes robotic welders and various CNC mills and lathes within Plant 2, along with standard production and material-handling equipment. You can expect a structured, production-focused setting that requires adherence to safety practices and appropriate industrial work attire suitable for a manufacturing floor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
