Sales Assistant

Our client, a dynamic player in the sales industry, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the sales department supporting the sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: $17

What's the Job?

Interact with sales representatives via telephone, text, email, or in person to provide support and information on orders.

Collect and enter orders for sales representatives while maintaining accurate records.

Field inquiries from sales representatives regarding order statuses and shipments.

Ensure timely resolution of sales representatives' concerns and maintain customer accounts.

Set up shipments to and from the facility following detailed instructions.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience required.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Excellent communication skills including active listening.

Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable.
