Our client, a leader in the beverage distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandiser to join their team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be an essential part of the sales support team, ensuring that retail accounts are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Location: Elizabeth City, NC

Pay Range: $17.50

What's the Job?

Safely stock and maintain beverage products in customer accounts to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met.

Assist sales and delivery teams by servicing retail accounts professionally and efficiently.

Ensure beverage sections, racks, and displays are fully stocked, clean, and organized according to company standards.

Maintain neat and current point-of-sale materials and displays to attract customer attention.

Support merchandising operations through consistent presence in customer locations during designated hours to promote customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Reliable attendance and punctuality to support ongoing merchandising activities.

Capability to handle physical demands such as lifting cases up to 46 pounds and exerting force over 20 pounds regularly.
