Our client, a leading organization in the education and student services sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Aide to join their team. As an Administrative Aide, you will be part of the Global Enrollment Management and Student Success department supporting high-volume data processing during peak enrollment periods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling sensitive information, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Aide

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $20-25hr

What's the Job?

Perform high-volume data entry and processing during peak enrollment periods

Maintain and update student records accurately through extensive file maintenance

Process requests from applicants and file readers to resolve record discrepancies such as incorrect high schools, misspelled names, or document mismatches

Manage the matriculation workflow by updating records for incoming students and marking transcripts as "final"

Assist with general data entry tasks and match incoming records to existing data when necessary
