Summary You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST of CIVILIAN PERS SUPPORT STAFF. Responsibilities You will manage complex EEO counseling and formal complaint processing while adhering to EEOC MD-110. You will provide program initiatives to improve organizational efficiency, ensure mission alignment and accountability. You will Inform senior leadership on sensitive EEO trends and legal issues. You will ensure technical accuracy and clarity to drive informed management decision-making. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Processing formal and informal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints; 2) Analyzing and establishing complaint facts, developing resolutions, preparing reports and analyses, and making recommendations based on applicable laws and regulations; 3) Presenting clearly and promoting varied ideas and issues to a wide range of audiences; 4) Conveying written information clearly and concisely using correct English grammar, punctuation and spelling.
