Participation in 'modern engineering' concepts, including AI Incorporation, Human Centered Design and Product Innovation.

Contributing to technology transformation strategies.

Use of Agile Development Methodology.

An understanding of departments that work in tandem with technology

Uncovering drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization.

Professional development through peer counseling, mentorship and corporate leadership interactions.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors in progress in Computer Science or related field

Some technology-centric coursework completed

Preferred Qualifications:

Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset

Basic understanding of software development methodology

Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel

Strong oral and written communication skills

Curious, self-motivated spirit

Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
