Job Posting: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Santa Isabel, PR

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Office Hours (Onsite)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Santa Isabel. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual and possess strong administrative or accounting skills and experience. This position requires someone who is computer savvy and capable of managing various accounts payable functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Manage payment processing and maintain accurate records within the accounts payable system.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal departments to address any payment-related inquiries.

Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting as needed.

Maintain organized documentation and files related to accounts payable transactions.

Qualifications:

Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Strong administrative or accounting skills and experience.

Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
