Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, planning, and analyzing our financial and accounting procedures. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in accounting while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and transactions related to general accounting and project accounting.

Prepare and record accounting transactions and manage month-end journal entries.

Assist with account reconciliation and support internal and external audits.

Develop, plan, and evaluate accounting policies and procedures.

Conduct analyses and provide insights based on data to support financial planning and decision-making.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in SAP is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
