Join RDO Equipment Co.'s Emerging Markets team, where you'll support customers working in Landfill, Mining, Solar, and Autonomy-some of the fastest-growing segments of our business. This team partners closely across the organization to deliver practical, innovative solutions, from helping landfills improve compaction to supporting solar projects and mining operations with precision technology. You'll work alongside experienced teammates who are focused on real results, strong partnerships, and shaping what's next in these evolving industries.

What You Will Do:

Own the customer experience lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewals.

Be the customer advocate: by identifying friction points across Sales, Account Management, Service, Support, and Product teams-and helping drive smoother outcomes.

Turn customer feedback + usage trends into action: by gathering insights, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear recommendations for leaders and cross-functional partners.

Partner closely with Product Management: to influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market feedback.

Share the story with confidence: by preparing and presenting customer experience insights, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What You Will Need:

Cross-functional collaboration: experience working closely with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Support teams.

Independent decision-making: ability to make sound decisions independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Organization and prioritization: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Analytical problem-solving: ability to review information, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical next steps.

Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
