Job Description

We're looking for a highly experienced (7+ years) and intellectually curious Senior Research Scientist to contribute to innovation in Generative AI and applied machine learning. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong critical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

Skills and Requirements

Strong expertise in Generative AI: LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering

Applied ML experience: semantic search, vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), hallucination detection, summarization, and model evaluation

Excellent coding skills in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

Solid grounding in ML fundamentals, experimentation, and feature engineering

A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
