Summary About the Position: Performs work related to the practical and technical aspects of office administration including issues related to managing appointments, receiving visitors, general office management, mail distribution, budgeting, supply management and purchasing, training, time keeping, data processing, vehicle fleet management, property management, project tracking and records management. Responsibilities Requires an in-depth understanding of the mission and how the functional areas interrelate along with a broad understanding and procedural knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, personnel and information processing procedures. Prepares travel orders and travel vouchers for all supported employees. Establishes and maintains office technical and administrative files in accordance with applicable regulations. Prepares and reviews contract modification packages to ensure completeness. Works closely with customer Resource Management personnel, Construction Division's Budget Analyst, Project Management's Budget Analyst to manage contract funds to include contingency management Makes arrangements for government usage, and initiates all airplane, hotel and rental car reservations.
