Admin 1 - IT Asset Mgmt (On-Site/5 days/Egan, MN) Description & Requirements Maximus is looking to hire an Admin 1 - IT Asset Mgmt. This position is onsite in Eagan, MN 5 days per week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive inventory, process and/or distribute incoming/outgoing shipments. - Maintain accessory stock to established min/max levels on an ongoing basis. - Facilitate the return/replacement of faulty assets through warranty repair with vendors. - Assist with asset tagging and management of inventory software. - Coordinate the management and loading of assets into the asset tracking tool(s). - Coordinate asset transfer to designated IT Asset Disposition Vendor. - Coordinate pickup of recycled equipment. - Process returned equipment from remote users which involves, but not limited to, unpacking of boxes, breaking down of boxes, scanning in the inventory into the ITAM system of record, executing diagnostics on the returned equipment, staging usable equipment back into surplus stock. Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must have the ability to work on-site 5 days per week at our Eagan, MN location. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
