Position Overview
The Channels & Partner Marketing Specialist supports the execution of enablement programs and joint go-to-market campaigns across Paylocity's partner ecosystem, spanning technology and marketplace partners as well as channel referral partners.
This role focuses on enabling Paylocity sellers and partners with the tools, messaging, and campaigns needed to tell a compelling joint story and drive meaningful, revenue generating outcomes together. The specialist plays a key executional role in translating partner strategies into practical enablement assets and campaigns that sellers and partners can confidently activate in-market.
Working collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Web, this role helps operationalize partner initiatives, supporting campaign execution, enablement delivery, and process improvement to ensure partner programs are scalable, usable, and impactful.
Primary Responsibilities

Tech & Marketplace Partner Enablement & GTM Support
Support the execution of enablement programs and joint go-to-market initiatives for Paylocity's technology and marketplace partners, aligned to broader partner marketing strategy.
Translate partner value propositions into seller and partner ready enablement assets, including sales decks, campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, and training materials.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to help bring integration and marketplace stories to life in clear, compelling ways sellers and partners can execute.
Partner with the Web team to support marketplace programs, including partner listings, content updates, and promotional initiatives that improve visibility and engagement.
Work closely with Business Development to support campaign execution tied to strategic partner initiatives and GTM motions.
Assist with tracking engagement, utilization, and campaign performance to support ongoing optimization.
Channel Referral Partner Enablement & Campaign Support
Execute channel enablement campaigns supporting Paylocity's referral partner ecosystem, including brokers, human resources consultants, accountants, and other channel partners.
Support the creation and maintenance of seller and partner facing enablement resources that help activate referral partners and drive referral-based revenue.
Build and update channel campaign materials such as sales assets, campaign kits, messaging guides, and promotional tools.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to support priority channel initiatives, vertical campaigns, and referral programs.
Assist with the execution of channel led initiatives including events, promotions, and comarketing activations.
Monitor adoption and usage of channel enablement assets and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Cross Functional Execution & Program Support
Serve as an execution focused partner to Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Web, helping bring partner marketing initiatives to life.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders across multiple initiatives while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.
Contribute to process documentation, optimization, and standardization efforts to help scale partner marketing execution.
Operate with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset while supporting sellers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To perform this role successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
Experience supporting partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing initiatives, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Highly collaborative, solution focused, and open to improving processes and ways of working.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketing and enablement tools such as High spot, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is $65,500 - $100,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
