We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Parts/Shop Helper to join our full-time team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a shop environment. The Shop Helper reports to the Shop Manager.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or GED preferred

Provide two forms of identification

Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in the industry is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more

Ability to work in various positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

A willingness to work extended hours as needed

Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:**

Assist with organizing and incoming parts and materials

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and parts storage areas

Help with basic shop tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, organizing tools and power washing equipment

Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and shipments as necessary

Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment

Support the shop team with basic mechanical or maintenance tasks, as assigned

Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

Perform other general labor duties as required

Working Conditions:**

Shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery and outside weather conditions

May require occasional lifting, bending, and physical tasks

Compensation:**

Pay Range: $20-$25 (based on experience)
