Expected salary range of $116,100 to $129,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Constellation is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Visual Communications Specialist to support IT-led digital transformation initiatives. This role will be instrumental in translating complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that drive understanding, engagement, and adoption across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in visual storytelling, user-centered design, and change management communications, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Develop and implement visual communication strategies that support digital transformation initiatives, including infographics, executive presentations, and change management materials.

Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered visual experiences that simplify complex IT processes and platforms, enhancing stakeholder comprehension and engagement.

Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to design visual assets that support change initiatives, including training materials, communication plans, and digital literacy campaigns.

Work closely with IT, business units, and transformation leads to ensure visual communications align with strategic objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.

Create high-impact visual presentations for senior leadership, translating data and strategy into clear, persuasive narratives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Communications, Information Technology, or related field

5 years of experience in visual communications, digital design, or UX/UI within an IT or transformation @context

Proven ability to translate technical content into accessible visual formats

Expertise with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

Experience with Agile methodologies

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Organizational Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, AMCP)

Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

Familiarity with IT systems, data platforms, and cloud technologies
