Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystJob Description

As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will be responsible for daily inventory transaction execution and exception handling analysis. You will escalate customer-impacting issues with action item owners and management and develop weekly reporting to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will help drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste. Maintaining and updating documentation for internal training and reference is also a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline.

Strong math, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, and EDI transactions.

2+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Consideration given for candidates with an Associate's Degree and several years of experience in Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, and EDI transactions.

Previous experience in the tech industry.

Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing models using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Strong conceptual understanding of supply chain systems and networks, and configuration management.

Work Environment

This position is preferred to be located in Boston, MA, but is also open to Seattle and Austin, TX. The work schedule is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office per week, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible flexibility. This role offers the potential for conversion, the ability to work with different suppliers, and the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of purchase orders and shipping.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
