Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient material handling, assembly, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and safety.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Newton, MA

Pay Range: $22.00

Shift: 8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.

Pick, sort, and move materials efficiently between workstations to support production flow.

Support line changeovers by staging and removing materials as required, ensuring minimal downtime.

Maintain accurate material identification, labeling, and lot/traceability controls to ensure quality and compliance.

Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling to meet production standards and deadlines.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and effectively.

Basic understanding of manufacturing and warehouse processes, including safety protocols.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
