Work schedule: SPLIT SHIFT - 11am - 7pm (Flexibility to work DAY or Evening hours if needed.)
You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.
How you will contribute
You will:
Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities
The Supervisor, DSD WH role is a front-line leadership role that is responsible for day-to-day tactical execution of branch operations and its broader CS&L strategies in relation to our Warehouse operations. The Supervisor, DSD WH is responsible for effectively driving execution against all core KPI's and priorities in the 4 major pillars of Safety, Service, Cost and People Development. Additional responsibilities: Active on the branch warehouse floor - coaching WH associates on WH operation and execution, 5S, managing SWP for iDSD Warehouse Pillar & optimizing service and ensuring cost management. Pallet Methods Lead responsibility & pick/pack/load protocol adherence (LPN work) management. Supervisor, DSD WH leads Level 1 DMS.
KPIs: Safety incidents, WUPH, OT %
Secondary KPIs: CPH, Indirect hours (non-productive), time between trucks, receiving plans, detention, MHE management/utilization, Pallet Methods %

Manage day to day plans including order/route management, inventory management, employee performance, and daily communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
Drive key KPIs under main categories of (1) Safety, (2) Service, (3) Cost, and (4) People.
Responsible for driving plans that reduce branch incident/accident rates, ensuring a successful AIB inspection, holding monthly safety/SHAPE meetings, ensuring effective and compliant pre and post trips inspections, and conducting a successful branch safety audit.
Responsible for ensuring accurate order fills (Target TQA / Walmart ASN order accuracy reports), and route compliance and on time deliveries at the store level. Participates in cross functional meetings with Demand/Fulfillment Planning, Retail Teams, Customers Teams, and HQ Support including LPT meetings, District Sales meetings, and Retail X meetings.
Driving lowest cost per case in delivery operations by executing against annual productivity plans, lean six sigma/BPE projects, maintaining the loss prevention network regarding waste and employee performance management. Identify supply chain opportunities and ensure issues are addressed in strategic and tactical plans.
Source, onboard, and develop direct reports and branch teams in multiple settings (classroom, OJT, Work-with, etc..) across entire Warehouse operations. Coach direct reports to create and execute development plans and support individual career goals. Manage local hourly employees (Union and Non-Union) including coaching, developing and disciplining and developing relationships with local labor unions.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
