Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range: 21.00

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity and efficiency

Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety guidelines

Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation

Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize team performance and productivity

What's Needed?

Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
