CNC Operator - Entry Level and Experienced

CNC Machine Operator

Pay: 19/hr (entry level operators, will train!)

Pay: 19/hr-24/hr (experienced CNC operators)

Location: Northbrook, IL (temporary commute needed to West Chicago until summer 2026)

Shifts (up to 52 hours a week with overtime)

1st shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Qualifications:

Entry Level candidates do not need experience but must be mechanically inclined or have other industrial experience

1-3+ years of CNC machine operating experience

Strong experience with measuring instruments and quality inspections

Proficiency with multi-axis lathes

Deep understanding of tooling, tool holders, inserts, and machine controls

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Reliable and consistent attendance is a must
