Supply Chain Analyst who\'s ready to take forecasting and S&OP to the
next level! In this dynamic role, you\'ll be at the heart of our
strategic planning process--analyzing trends, collaborating across
teams, and helping us deliver exceptional service to our Shareholders.

Forecast: Dive into sales history and business intelligence to build
long-term demand plans. Drive Accuracy: Monitor forecast performance and
implement improvements that make a real difference. Collaborate
Cross-Functionally: Be a key player in our monthly S&OP meetings,
aligning product, demand, supply, and executive teams. Support
Innovation: Integrate new product launches, limited-time offers, and
transitions into your forecasts. Report & Communicate: Generate supply
chain metrics and reports that guide strategic decisions. Lead & Support
Projects: Contribute to planning initiatives and support high-impact

We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management,
Economics, Mathematics, Distribution, or related field--or equivalent
experience. 1--3 years of experience in forecasting or supply planning
preferred. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Experience with Power
