As a Security Guard - Full Time - Mornings in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control activities, and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and be part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and driven by integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor, vendor, and/or delivery processing in accordance with site policies.

Observe facility operations and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations that could impact personnel, property, or business operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
