As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Niles, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor access points, screen visitors and/or materials, and support security-related operations through strong communication and professionalism. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries entering the location, verifying credentials, badges, and authorized items in accordance with site policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas and perimeter checkpoints, while monitoring for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
