Job Title: Customer Account Representative / Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support quoting, order processing, and account management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate communication, timely execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both existing accounts and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and estimates based on customer-provided conceptual engineering prints and specifications

Enter and manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing

Assist with the evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases

Collaborate closely with customers and internal departments throughout product development and production stages

Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing account support

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, project updates, and delivery timelines

Support customers with time-sensitive requests and project requirements in a high-volume environment

Communicate effectively across multiple product lines and services

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes

experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:

Semiconductor

Military / Defense

Aerospace

Medical

Industrial manufacturing

Experience Level

Intermediate level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $88000.00/yr.

10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Libertyville,IL.
