About the job As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible to support the service sales business for sanitary heat exchangers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales with Sanitary Distributors and key account customers, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in either Kenosha, WI or Greenwood, IN. As a part of the team, you will: Promote and sell Alfa Laval Sanitary Heat Exchanger parts and services to distributors and key customers Support the customer in identifying the parts required for their equipment maintenance Prepare and deliver timely and accurate quotes that reflect the customer needs and value proposition Follow up with customers on quotes sent to ensure their understanding and satisfaction

Build strong and lasting business relationships with distributors and accounts Provide business feedback to contribute to the business plan development Execute special quotes as defined by the Business Development Manager in alignment with the growth plan Send proactive quotes to target customers to generate new opportunities Use the CRM tool effectively and consistently to support the sales process \ Nurture qualified leads and convert them to orders \ Coordinate with other AL teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
