How you'll make an impact in this role

Support daily operations by managing schedules, drafting clear communications, and preparing polished reports or presentations for the team.

Coordinate meetings and events from start to finish, handling all the logistics and prep work to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Keep data and files organized, ensuring databases stay accurate and information is easy for the team to access when they need it.

Serve as a helpful point of contact, professionally managing calls and visitors to keep office communication flowing effectively.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Imaging experience a plus

Scheduling experience preferred
